Hi, I'm Jonathan, and I'm glad you made it here. It may be likely that you share the same passion for Travel and Hospitality as I do. I've been in the industry since day 0 really, my mom was a flight attendant and my dad was an airplane engineer. They met on an airplane, the rest is history. For over two decades, I've worked with some of the most popular Tech products in the travel sector. I'm currently the VP of Enterprise CRM at Hapi, focusing on loyalty initiatives for major clients. In 2000, I started my career by installing Opera PMS systems in hotels worldwide, traveling for a total of 1,600 days over five years. This experience led me to fall in love with 'all things travel' and it provided me with a meaningful understanding of Hospitality. Since then, I've spent my entire career contributing and building technology that helps brands improve the experiences of their guests. I am fortunate to have had a diverse background in product development, implementations, solution architecture, and product marketing at some great companies like Oracle, Amadeus, Aquiva Labs, and Hapi. I also took an excursion from the tech supplier side (for 5 years) to work directly in hotel operations at luxurious hotels like the Setai Miami Beach and the Viceroy Hotel Group. This truly solidified my understanding of how hotels and brands function day-to-day.
