Hi, I'm Jonathan, and I'm glad you made it here. Travel and Hospitality is my passion! For over two decades, I've worked with some of the most popular Tech products in the travel sector. I'm currently serving as VP of Enterprise Loyalty Solutions at Hapi, focusing on loyalty initiatives for major clients. In 2000, I started my career by installing Opera PMS systems in hotels worldwide, traveling for a total of 1,600 days over five years. This experience led me to fall in love with 'all things travel' and it provided me with a meaningful understanding of Hospitality. Since then, I've spent my entire career contributing and building technology that helps brands improve the experiences of their guests. I am fortunate to have had a diverse background in product development, implementations, solution architecture, and product marketing at some great companies like Oracle, Amadeus, Aquiva Labs, and Hapi. I also took an excursion from the tech supplier side (for 5 years) to work directly in hotel operations at luxurious hotels like the Setai Miami Beach and the Viceroy Hotel Group. This truly solidified my understanding of how hotels and brands function day-to-day. My goal with FNDM is to disrupt the Loyalty and Rewards sector of the Travel Industry by introducing a few new dimensions: Fun, Fairness, and Freedom.

With over 6 years of experience in marketing and graphic design, Alejandra has built a solid career leading teams and creating innovative strategies that drive brand growth and visibility. Her passion for design and creativity has allowed me to bring a unique perspective to each project, always focusing on achieving exceptional results.
Since November 2020, Rita developed her public affairs & policy expertise as a consultant in Spain. Rita is experienced in opening markets in the EU, LATAM, and APAC for web3 startups. Her special interests include consulting on regulatory guidelines in emerging and growth markets.
